I never fit neatly into a box. So I stopped trying.

I was born in London, raised across the U.K. and U.S., and built a life that has never looked the way anyone expected, including me. I put myself through college, made an NFL cheerleading squad with very little dance training, got married on reality TV, became a mom to two daughters, and was diagnosed with ADHD in my mid-30s. None of it was part of a plan. All of it shaped me.

Professionally, I spent a decade leading people strategy across tech, from early stage startups to public companies like Vimeo and Sprout Social. I built roles before they had names, rose from executive assistant to Chief of Staff, and coached high performers through burnout, leadership chaos, and career pivots along the way. I got there by being deeply committed to the work and refusing to let credentials define the ceiling.

But underneath all of it, something was quietly unraveling.

Burnout came in slowly, a trickle over years of climbing, achieving, delivering, and losing the thread back to myself in the process. Then personal grief arrived and broke me open in ways I didn't see coming.

The kind of grief that changes your lens permanently. That strips away everything that wasn't real and leaves you standing in radical clarity.

That clarity was the gift I didn't ask for.

I started seeing my life and my work differently. Not through the lens of what I was supposed to be building, but through what actually mattered. And what mattered was this: I had spent years helping organizations evolve, but the women inside them were disappearing.

They were burning out, losing themselves. And nobody on the inside was doing the deep, specific, real-life work of helping them come back.

So I stopped trying to change systems from the inside and started building something designed for the women trying to survive them.

If you're reading this and seeing pieces of yourself in this story, the high achieving woman who somehow still feels lost, the one who's done pretending she's fine, the one who knows something needs to change but doesn't know where to start, you're exactly who this is for.

That’s Regulated HQ.

My Background

My career never followed a traditional path, and honestly, there wasn't one that fit. From NFL cheerleader to executive assistant to Chief of Staff, from DEI strategy to leadership development to building systems through mergers and scale, every turn taught me something about reading people, spotting what's off, and building what's actually needed.

Here's how it all connects.
