I never fit neatly into a box. So I stopped trying.

I was born in London, raised across the U.K. and U.S., and built a life that has never looked the way anyone expected, including me. I put myself through college, made an NFL cheerleading squad with very little dance training, got married on reality TV, became a mom to two daughters, and was diagnosed with ADHD in my mid-30s. None of it was part of a plan. All of it shaped me.

Professionally, I spent a decade leading people strategy across tech, from early stage startups to public companies like Vimeo and Sprout Social. I built roles before they had names, rose from executive assistant to Chief of Staff, and coached high performers through burnout, leadership chaos, and career pivots along the way. I got there by being deeply committed to the work and refusing to let credentials define the ceiling.

But underneath all of it, something was quietly unraveling.

Burnout came in slowly, a trickle over years of climbing, achieving, delivering, and losing the thread back to myself in the process. Then personal grief arrived and broke me open in ways I didn't see coming.

The kind of grief that changes your lens permanently. That strips away everything that wasn't real and leaves you standing in radical clarity.

That clarity was the gift I didn't ask for.

I started seeing my life and my work differently. Not through the lens of what I was supposed to be building, but through what actually mattered. And what mattered was this: I had spent years helping organizations evolve, but the women inside them were disappearing.

They were burning out, losing themselves. And nobody on the inside was doing the deep, specific, real-life work of helping them come back.

So I stopped trying to change systems from the inside and started building something designed for the women trying to survive them.

If you're reading this and seeing pieces of yourself in this story, the high achieving woman who somehow still feels lost, the one who's done pretending she's fine, the one who knows something needs to change but doesn't know where to start, you're exactly who this is for.

That’s Regulated HQ.

1:1 Coaching & Workshops & Consulting for Burned-Out Women Ready to Move Forward

  • No formulas. No prescriptions. No "just set boundaries" advice.

I sit in the mess with you. I help you see what's keeping you stuck. We figure out what actually works for YOUR life—your nervous system, your values, your reality.

This is partnership, not coaching-at-you. Real tools for real life. Honest conversations. Forward motion.

  • Partnership over prescription: You're the expert on your life. I'm here to help you see clearly.

Honesty over performance: No pretending, no spiritual bypassing, no toxic positivity.

Real life over Instagram life: Tools that work in your messy, complicated reality.

Clarity over certainty: We're figuring it out together, not following a predetermined path.

  • You're externally competent and internally exhausted. You're doing everything "right" but still feel like you're drowning. You might be a mom, neurodivergent, or both juggling work, identity, relationships, and a mental load that never ends.

Generic wellness advice doesn't work because it wasn't built for your reality. You don't need another framework or a five-step system. You need someone who actually gets how complicated your life is and will sit in the mess with you until you find your way forward.

This is for women who are ready to stop pretending and start building what actually works.
